BWE Civic Association Annual Dues are voluntary, yet they add value to your experience of living in our incredible neighborhood.

How to Pay your BWECA Dues Online:

  1. Choose your payment option above — Recurring or Single-Year.

  2. A pop-up will prompt you to create an account.
    Please provide your Name, Email, and set a Password, and click Create Account.

  3. You will then see the checkout screen.
    Please provide your Payment Information and click Continue.
    Review your purchase, then click     Purchase Membership to complete.

  4. Once completed, you can provide information for the Members Directory on the confirmation page.
    This form is optional, but     the information you provide will help build community among our members!

  5. Finally, if you would like to make an Additional Donation, you can do so via the form on the confirmation page.

How to Pay your BWECA Dues by Check:

  1. Please make your check out to BWECA.

  2. If you would like to make an Additional Donation, you can add it to the $75 dues amount.

  3. Please deliver your check along with your contact information to:

  4. We will follow up with you to help get you set up with your account login and access to the Members’ Area.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. HOAs have mandatory dues that are tied to property deeds. A civic association is primarily a neighborhood support & betterment organization.  The Beverly Woods East Civic Association (BWECA) makes it its mission to encourage neighbor engagement through activities and socials, maintain the neighborhood's aesthetics, and provide residents with helpful information and resources.

  • Not officially.

    While we do frequently partner with the Swim Club for certain events, BWECA and BWESC are separate legal entities. Also, Swim Club membership is neither tied to nor restricted to residency in Beverly Woods East.

  • Membership is by household. The $75 dues cover everyone in your home. While dues and participation in the BWECA is voluntary, we encourage our neighbors to support BWECA in its commitment to continued improvement that makes Beverly Woods East a highly sought-after neighborhood in Charlotte .

  • Your Civic Association is staffed completely by volunteer residents of Beverly Woods East (BWE).  We're always interested in neighbors with energy and ideas for continuously improving our collective experience in BWE.  Our goal is to match volunteers with roles that fit their time and talents, ensuring their service is valuable and fun.  Please contact BWECA President Brett Beard at bwecivic@gmail.com to learn more.  We hope to see you soon!
